Heidi Hahn Boone

Canton – Heidi Hahn Boone, 82, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Heidi was a native of Germany and a daughter of the late Georg and Hedwig Braun Hahn.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she was involved in the choir and women’s circle.  Heidi enjoyed sewing and making clothes, cooking, baking, and spending time and playing games with her grandchildren.  She had a love for music, especially classical music, and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Tom Boone and family, Joseph and Tanya Nicks and William and Sara, Tim and Becky Boone and Carmen and Chloe, and Donna Boone and Kayla and Travis, and great-granddaughter, Madilynn; and a sister, Clea Kore' and David Fairchild and Allegra Bukojemsky.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023, at First United Methodist Church with the Reverend Clay J. Morgan officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall.
