Harold Brown

Maggie Valley, Harold J. Brown, age 77, of Evans Cove Road, died on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the Brian Center in Waynesville. A native of Cambridge, Massachusetts, he had lived in Haywood County since 1984. He was the son of the late William and Jane McMurray Brown. He was a retired parachute rigger having served in the US Navy. He is survived by two daughters and special friends, Linda Joyce Buchanan, Freda Tipton, Frances Rhinehart, and Walter Sorrells. At his request, no services will be held.
