Harold Arrington

Waynesville, Harold John-A Arrington, age 43, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Habersham Medical Center in Demorest, Georgia. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of Dewey Woodrow and Agnes Louise Creson Arrington. He was a tire repairman and a member of Barberville Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Tina Rodreques Arrington; two sons, Christopher James Arrington, of Cornelia, GA and Dewey Ray Arrington of Canton; two daughters, Heather Nicole Arrington and Amanda Marie Arrington, both of Canton; two sisters, Verna Sawyer of Waynesville and Teana Matthews of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Christopher James Arrington, Macie Mae Arrington, Joshua Lee Haney, Jr. and Elizabeth Sheyenne Haney; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2009 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. prior to services.
