Harding Robinson

Canton - Harding Chester Robinson, age 82, of Mundy Field Drive, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. He was a native of Haywood County. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Jones Robinson, who died in 2001 and a son, David Robinson. He was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing and auto racing. He is survived by a daughter Nancy Roberts and her husband, Roger of Columbus, NC; three sons, Wayne Coleman and his wife, Peggy of Rutherfordton; Larry Robinson of Canton and Paul Robinson of Asheville; a brother Lloyd Coleman of Clyde; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services will be held. Wells Funeral Homes & Cremation Services of Canton is in charge of arrangements.
