Glynden Charles "Chuck" Justice, a logger by profession, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at his home in Buncombe County. Born on February 25, 1960, in Orlando, Florida, Chuck was a beloved husband, father, son, and friend.
Chuck's love for the great outdoors was evident throughout his life. He found solace and joy in natures embrace. Fishing was one of his passions; the quiet moments spent by the water brought him a sense of peace that few things could replicate. Additionally, Chuck had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, feeling the wind on his face as he explored the open road.
Chuck's career choice as a logger exemplified his deep connection with nature. He thrived in this profession and possessed a skill that only someone with a genuine appreciation for the environment could possess. His dedication to his work was admirable and earned him the respect of his colleagues.
Chuck Justice is survived by his mother, Velma Harris Justice, who cherished their bond throughout the years. Chuck also leaves behind his beloved wife of 25 years, Arlinda Deneen "Dee" Justice.
In addition to his wife Dee, Chuck is survived by one daughter Samantha Woodard (Kent Origer); one stepdaughter Christian Pittman-Shuler (Jamie); two stepsons: Dennis Clay Pittman and Dustin Woodard.
Chuck adored his grandchildren. He leaves behind two beloved grandchildren, Eli Origer and Logan Justice. They brought immense joy to his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Additionally, Chuck had five step-grandchildren: Trevor, James, Cameron, Brooklyn, and Carter. Their presence added a new layer of love to his life that filled him with pride and happiness.
