Geraldine Norris Wilson

Geraldine Norris Wilson, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023, in Union County, North Carolina. She was born on September 4, 1937, in Haywood County. Geraldine lived a life filled with love and devotion to her family, taking great pride in her role as a homemaker.

Geraldine's journey began in Haywood County, where she was born to Arthur Carl and Edna Mae Gant Norris. From a young age, Geraldine exhibited warmth and compassion, which she carried throughout her lifetime. She was the epitome of kindness and dedication towards her loved ones.

In 2007, Geraldine experienced the loss of her loving husband, Robert A. Wilson. Together they created a beautiful life centered around their family and shared values. This loss brought profound sadness to Geraldine's heart; however, she continuously displayed strength and resilience for the sake of her children and grandchildren.

Geraldine's legacy will live on through the lives she touched. She is survived by her daughter Tonya Wilson; and her son Travis Wilson. To Geraldine's pride and delight, she leaves behind four cherished grandchildren: Jeramy, Jonah, Arthur, and Lana. Her love for them was immeasurable; they were truly the light of her life.

Geraldine Norris Wilson will be remembered for her unwavering love and undying devotion to her family. Her warm heart and nurturing nature created a loving home that will be cherished forever. She instilled in her children the values of compassion, patience, and resilience – traits that will forever be passed down through generations.
