Geraldine Williams

Hazelwood, Geraldine "Geri" Williams, age 70, of Brown Avenue, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2014 at her home. A native of Haywood County, she was a former resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Hobert and Dorothy Tittle Williams and was also preceded in death by a close friend, Jeannette Johnson. Geri was employed by Duvall County School System as a Health and Physical Education Teacher for 24 years and was a member of Hazelwood Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching tennis and karaoke. Geraldine is survived by a sister, Peggie Tyler, of Hazelwood; a niece, Christy Tyler; great-niece, Brittani Clark; and numerous friends and family in Florida. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2014 at Green Hill Cemetery with Reverend Tim Lolley officiating.
