Gary Haynes

Clyde – Gary Wayne Haynes, 66, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Haywood Regional Medical Center.

Gary was a native of Pasadena, Texas and a son of the late Wayne and Nora Underwood Haynes.  He was a member of Clyde Baptist Church and a graduate of Pisgah High School.  Gary had been employed in the Petroleum and Chemical Refinement Industry in various plants in and around Pasadena, Texas.

He is survived by a son, Kenny Haynes of Georgia; one sister, Diane Dolman of Clyde; a brother, Ronnie Haynes of Georgetown, Texas; and two grandchildren, Aubrey and Ryan Haynes.

At Gary’s request, no services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clyde First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 356, Clyde, NC  28721.

The care of Mr. Haynes has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Homes of Canton.
