"1941 – 2017" Canton - Freddie Alexander, Jr., 75, of the Dutch Cove Community, passed away on January 18, 2017 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2017 in the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 120 Executive Park, Building One, Asheville, NC 28801.
