Florence Williams

Canton, Florence "Flo" Baginski Williams, age 90, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Silver Bluff Village. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she had resided in Haywood County since 2004 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Cecilia Woijecek Baginski . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Williams, who died in 1969; four brothers, Frank, Stanley, Casimir, and Anthony Baginski; and a close friend, Robert Blair. She was a bookkeeper for Royal Appliance in Cleveland for 42 years and retired in 1990. Florence was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. She is survived by a son, John Williams and his wife, Frances, of Clyde; one sister, Jeanette Silakoski, of Woodbridge, New Jersey; and two grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Canton. Wells Funeral Homes & Cremation Services of Waynesville is in charge of arrangements.
