Ernest Turbyfill

Ernest K. Turbyfill, 78, of Asheville, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016. A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Paul and Annie Crowder Turbyfill. Ernest had been a member of State Street Baptist Church and had retired from MB Haynes as an electrician and lineman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael Ray.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Galloway Turbyfill; children, Barbara, Danny, Randy and David; 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, April 25 in the Chapel of Faith, Moore Funeral Home at Forest Lawn with Brian Williams officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler.
