Erin Allene Irvin, 92, of Clyde, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Smokey Mountain Health and Rehab. 

A native of Chambers, Alabama, she lived in Moultrie, Georgie before moving here. She was the daughter of the late William and Erin Calhoun Barber. She was a member of Clyde Central Methodist Church, was a gifted seamstress and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence M. Irvin, Sr.She is survived by her children, Matt Irvin of Clyde and Cathy Dillard of Mills River; grandchildren, Todd Sean, Zack Sean, and Derick (Celia) Shane; and great grandchildren, Zachary Todd Irvin and Mahalia Haney.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00AM on Sunday, March 8 at Crawford Ray Memorial Park.
