Eric James Ritari, born on October 11, 1966, in Illinois, passed away in the early evening of February 16, 2026, in Haywood County, North Carolina.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Minton; father, Wayne Ritari; daughter, Paige Ritari; and son, Tyler Ritari.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Isabelle Ciola-Ritari, and his sister, Sarah Ritari Nelson.
He was a dedicated truck driver for over 20 years. With the help of his wife Bella, Eric became an activity member within the Waynesville community. Eric will be laid to rest near his daughter and mother in Purcellville, Virginia. Eric James Ritari leaves behind not only a legacy of hard work but also the love and memories shared with his family.
The care of Mr. Ritari has been entrusted with Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
