Elizabeth Rhinehart

Bethel - Elizabeth Stevenson Rhinehart, age 91, went to be with the Lord suddenly Saturday, November 9, 2002. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and an inspiration to all who knew her.

She was a native of Cocke County, Tennessee and had resided in Haywood County most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Bill Cooper Stevenson and was raised by James L. and Harriett Stevenson Jackson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, W. Ray Rhinehart and a grandson Randall Keith Rhinehart.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Rhinehart is survived by a daughter and her husband, Kathryn and Frank Chambers of Bethel; two sons and their wives, Earl and Barbara Rhinehart of Bethel and Bob and Mary Rhinehart of Dawsonville, GA; a brother, J. B. Stevenson of Clyde; a special granddaughter, Kay Chambers as well as eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 11th at Piney Grove United Methodist Church with the Reverends Roy Kilby and Claude Conard officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the services in the church fellowship hall. Pallbearers will be Kevin Chambers, K. C. Chambers, Dean Rhinehart, Kim Rhinehart, John Michael Grogan, Neal Grogan, Jr., J. M. Long, Jr., and Paul Erwin
