Elaine Donaldson

Canton – Elaine Joyce Scott Donaldson, 76, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center (JF Keever).

Elaine was a native and lifelong resident of Haywood County and a daughter of the late Archie Jackson and Vivian Wilma Webb Scott.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene William Donaldson, who died in 2020.  Elaine was employed by Ken Wilson Ford for 13 plus years and was a member of Beaverdam United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son, Tim Donaldson; brother, Terry Scott (Pat); one grandchild, Tiffany Moore (Matt); and two great-grandchildren, Azalee and Haylee Moore.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Beaverdam Community Cemetery with the Reverend Gene Worley officiating.
