Edward LeRoy Anderson, 55, of Candler, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010 after a long battle against cancer. He was a son of the late Helen Smith Anderson and Elmer Anderson. He was also preceded in death by his son, Tracy Lee Anderson and a brother, Donnie Earl Anderson.

Survivors include his wife Deborah Ingle Anderson of the home, sons, Dustin Earl Anderson and fianc'e Courtney and Cody Anderson both of the home, daughters, Samantha Fish and husband Jake and Melissa Anderson, grandchildren, Dylan, Logan, Zachary, Haley and Jaylan, sisters, Susie Hipps and husband Carroll and Brenda Sherman, brother, Elmer Anderson Jr. and many loved nieces and nephews with a special thanks to Michelle, Amanda, Brandy, Shane, Michael and Sammy.

Funeral services will be held 3PM on Friday in the Chapel of Faith at Forest Lawn with the Rev. Keith Hutchinson officiating. The family will receive friends in the chapel on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00PM.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Freedom Baptist Church Building Fund; 50 Rice Rd. Asheville, NC 28806.
