Candler-Edith Payne Cooper, 82, died July 29, 2010 at Care Partners Hospice. Funeral services will be held 11:00am,Mon. August 2, 2010 at Upper Room Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Candler, NC.
