Dorothy Dailey

Franklin, GA-Dorothy Stamey Dailey, formerly of Canton, died Friday, March 11, 2005 in Carrollton, GA. A native of Clay County, she was the daughter of the late Butler and Cora Smith Stamey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, TheodoreWoodrow "T.W." Stamey and a son, Clifton Dailey. She was a nurse's aid at Canton Health Care. She is survived by a daughter, Sarah Lou Haney, of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2005 in the Canton chapel of Wells Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Chris Jennings officiating. Burial will follow at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery on Newfound Road. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the services.
