Waynesville, Donald "Don" Bowen, 86, passed away peacefully after a brief illness.
Don was the son of the late Hugh and Louise Faulkner Bowen. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and a friend to those who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Brock Bowen; children, Don (Sharon) and Cynthia; granddaughter, Lindsay; and great-grandchildren.
The care of Mr. Bowen has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Homes.
