Elizabeth Dianne Baxter Parker, 78, of Waynesville, NC, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Elizabeth House of Four Seasons Hospice in Flat Rock, NC. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, kind heart, and the love she shared with all who knew her. Dianne’s presence brought comfort and warmth to those around her, and her memory will forever be cherished by those left to mourn her passing.
