Dawn Christopher

Dawn Renee Christopher Loving wife and mother Waynesville- Dawn Renee Christopher, age 47, passed away on September 15, 2014 at Missions Hospitals Memorial Campus. Dawn was a native of Kansas City, Missouri. She was a resident of Haywood County since 1996. She was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her husband and daughters. She is survived by her father, Vernon Scharer and his wife, Betty Jo of Murphy; her mother, Leslie Atwood of Kansas City, Missouri; her husband, Steve Christopher; three daughters, Hannah Christopher, Stephanie Pace and her husband Derrick of Bethel, and Fallon Roach; a sister Tonya Scharer of Eldora, Iowa; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Waynesville Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the Reverend James Betts officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
