Danny Plott

Danny Lewis Plott, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

A native of Haywood County, he was a son of the late James Ray Smith and Geraldine Gibson Smith.  Danny enjoyed Nascar, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.

Danny is survived by his legal wife, Emily Putnam Plott; three daughters, Brandy, Chastity and Jessa Plott; two sons, Jeremy Butler and Jared Plott; girlfriend of seven years, Joanne Clontz Conner; and four grandchildren.

A time of sharing will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.

The care of Mr. Plott has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
