He leaves a legacy of kindness and selflessness, attributes that defined his life and career. A dedicated professional, Dale thrived as a self-employed handyman and finish carpenter, serving his community with exceptional skill and a friendly demeanor.

He had an innate ability to enjoy life, often seeking opportunities to have a good time and create lasting memories with those around him.

His hobbies reflected his appreciation for the great outdoors; Dale loved fishing, hunting, and off-roading. He found joy in working on projects and was an avid firearms enthusiast. Above all, he cherished spending quality time with his family, cultivating a nurturing environment filled with love and laughter.

Dale is survived by his mother, Rhonda Grover Hulse, and his five children: Devon Hulse, Megan Hulse and her partner Michael Dobkowski, Morgan Hulse, Colton Hulse, and Emma Hulse, all of Candler, North Carolina.
