Cindy Carter

Denver, NC, Cindy Michele Carter, age 36, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. She was a native of Haywood County and was the daughter of Lois Cagle Rich and the late Jessie Rich who died in 1996. She attended Tuscola High School and was a member of Denver Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 19 years, Scott Carter and one daughter, Stormy Jane Carter of Denver, NC.; and two special cousins Mickey Cagle, Amanda Cagle; as well as other relatives, friends and her dog Lilly. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2010 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
