Charles Victor Penley, 56, of Asheville, passed away on March 16, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Penley.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Penley; wife, Pamela Phillips Penley; mother, Alma Owenby Penley; siblings, Eddie Penley, Cecilia Rhymer, and Marc Penley; 3 grandchildren and many friends and family.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, March 24th at Woodland Terrace Baptist Church, Asheville.
