Cecil Mann, Jr.

Waynesville, Cecil Elmer Mann, Jr., age 63, of Cavalier Way, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013 at his residence. A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was the son of the late Cecil Elmer and Myrtle Inman Mann. He was a US Navy veteran who was self employed and enjoyed spending time at home. He is survived by a son, David (Pam) Mann; a sister, Linda Sexton; a brother, David William (Sandra) Mann; and two nieces and two nephews. No services are planned.
