Brenda Woodell

Brenda Lou Conley Woodell, 71, of Hendersonville passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.  A native of Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Everett Conley and Mildred Jordan Conley.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Warren “Woody” Woodell in 2013; a sister, Pamela Conley and a brother, Michael Conley.

Woody’s military career with the Coast guard provided them with the opportunity to live in many states over the years, including Alaska, Oregon, Texas, and more.  An accomplished quilter, Brenda also enjoyed painting and reading.  She loved her family and raising her only son, Jacob.  She also dearly loved her doxie-chihuahua dogs Katrina and Banjo.

She is survived by her son, Jacob Woodell and his wife, Angele of Candler; one grandson, Oliver Woodell; three sisters, Sandra Creel of Hendersonville, Karen Louder and Sharon Underwood both of California; and one brother, Brett Conley of Ohio.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022 in the Wells Chapel of Faith at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Faith.
