Bobby Lee Fisher, 83, of Clyde, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018. From an early age, Bob's passion was flying and building planes. He was a well-read, talented and loving man that had the opportunity to represent the US in Archery for the 1959 Olympics. Bobby enjoyed classic cars, racing, guitar and sports, even lettering in Baseball in High School. He retired from Britt & Tilson Glass Company.
Bobby was born in Asheville to the late Edwin Eugene Fisher and Mary Mabel Brown Fisher. He is also preceded in death by his former wife, Jeannette Mills Fisher Rogers.
He is survived by his children, Randy Fisher, Angela (Mike) Grogan, and Sharon (Mike) Messer; grandchildren, Brian (Valerie) Messer, Kevin Messer, and Justin (Tiffany) Fisher and great grandson, Kainen Fisher.
A Private Memorial Service for the family will be held.
