Tennessee, Bo Hyatt Ourfalian passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Hazelwood Presbyterian Church with Reverend Patrick Womack officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
