Birdell Mcclure

Birdell Jones Ferguson McClure, age 83, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Canton Christian Convalescent Center. She was a native and life-long resident of Haywood County. She was the daughter of the late Jim and May Welch Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Ferguson; a son, Roy Carl Ferguson and a grandson, Teague Jones. Mrs. McClure was a homemaker and loved the Lord. She is survived by one son, Richard Jones of Washington; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until 10:30 am prior to the service at Wells Funeral Home of Canton.
