Aitie Foan

Waynesville-Aitie M. Foan, wife of Clifton Foan (deceased), died May 5, 2004, at the Haywood Lodge & Retirement Center in Waynesville after a brief illness. She was 99 years old. Aitie was originally from the Atlanta area, but her last thirty years were spent as owner of Foan's Antiques in Maggie Valley and then as a resident of Waynesville and College Walk in Brevard. She moved to the Haywood Lodge in 2002 and will be missed by those whose lives she touched. She is survived by a nephew, Richard Collett, and a niece, Lyn Grant.
