Ralph Glance

Canton - Ralph Marion Glance, 82, passed away on Saturday, October 06, 2018 at Silver Bluff Nursing Home.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, he was a son of the late Fred Allen and Ruby Liner Glance. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Ann Robinson Glance, who died in 2012; and three children, Vicky Lynn Wells, David Allen Glance, and Michael Lee Glance. Ralph retired from BASF and was active in the North Carolina National Guard.

He is survived by two sons, Terry Glance of Cruso and Bobby Jo Glance (Melanie) of Canton; one sister, Doris Belcher of Taylor, South Carolina; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

At Ralph's request, no services will be held.
