Mary Rogers

Waynesville, Mary Elizabeth Nunn Rogers, age 84, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Autumn Care Nursing Home in Waynesville. She was a native of Lenoir County, NC and had lived most of her life in Haywood County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Davis Boone Rogers; a daughter, Linda R. Smith; a sister, Eloise Collins and two brothers, Milton and E.L. Nunn. She is survived by her son, Ronald Rogers and his wife, Aletha, of Waynesville. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2008 at Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church with Reverend Mike Shuford officiating. At other times, the family will be at the home of Ronald and Aletha Rogers at 84 Dayton Drive, Waynesville.
