Jackson Bradley

December 5, 1924 — August 11, 2003

Waynesville-Jackson Bradley, age 78, of 637 Dellwood Road, died Monday, August 11, 2003 at his residence.

A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late William R. and Mary Cook Bradley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Parton Bradley who died in 1982; two sisters, Nellie B. Arrington and Eunice B. Clark; and seven brothers, Arvil, Lloyd, Ernest, Earl, Robert, Millard, and R.V. Bradley. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was employed for 28 years at Dayco Corporation in the Maintenance Department.

He is survived by a brother, Hershell Bradley, of Waynesville and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2003 at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend Kevin Boone officiating. The family will be at the home of the brother, 412 Valley View Circle, Waynesville, NC 28786.
