Fredia Forga

Waynesville-Fredia Forga, age 54, of Scates Street, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2005 at Haywood Regional Medical Center. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Viola Norman Forga and the late Robert Ellis Forga who died in 2001. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Michael Keith Murray, and his wife Connie of Canton; one daughter, Holly Miranda Murray and Friend Jeff Dyer, of Waynesville; three grandchildren, Julian Caleb Murray, Raina Fay Murray, and Ethan Ray Dryer, all of Waynesville; seven sisters, Margie Ann Sutton of Maggie Valley, Robin Marshall of Swannanoa, Audrey Forga of Asheville, Susan Caldwell, Donna Forga, Chris Forga, and Teresa Woods, all of Waynesville, and two brothers, Robert Ellis Forga, II and Scott Forga, both of Waynesville. Fredia was a kindhearted, forgiving soul who could never hold a grudge against anyone. She had a great outlook in her life, not worrying about earthly possessions but always caring about the people in her life. Despite any argument or disagreements, she was constant in her love. She could always bring laughter into a room. She lived for her grandkids, the love of her life. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2005 in the Waynesville chapel of Wells Funeral Home with Reverend Carl Presnell officiating. Interment will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2005 at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Fredia's nephews; Bobby, Forrest, and Jason Sutton; Jack, James, and John Caldwell; Joshua Stiles; and Andy Marshall. Honorary pallbearers will be Fredia's nephews and great-nephews, Riley Hannah, Henry Sutton, Daniel Marshall, Justin Woods, Ellis Forga, and Zeb Forga.
