Doice Caldwell

Canton-Doice Caldwell, age 75, of 2722 Newfound Road, died Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at his residence.

He was the son of the late Ruben A. and Sarah Sutton Caldwell and was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Florence Brooks Caldwell, three daughters; Lynn Fox of Leicester, Debbie Caldwell and Donna Griffith, both of Canton, two sons; Larry Caldwell and Gary Caldwell, both of Canton, two sisters; Mamie Brown of Canton and Cordie Loveless of Clyde, 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2003 at the Canton Chapel of Wells Funeral Homes with Reverend Christopher Willett and Reverend Jack Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Bon-A-Venture Cemetery of Old Clyde Road. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
