Mary Wright

"1932 - 2018"

Waynesville, Mary Katherine Wright, 86, a prior resident of Lakeland, Florida and Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center.

A native of Pocahontas, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Kirkwood and Eunice Mae Pennington Lynch. Mary was a caregiver and attended Shades Mountain Independent Church in Hoover, Alabama. She enjoyed nature, working in her gardens and being with her cats.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Kitty Charlene Dix of Grand Forks, North Dakota and Julie Anne Wright of Palm Bay, Florida; a son, Charles Cline and his wife, Susanna, of Waynesville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held.
