"1929 ~ 2017"

Candler - Louise White Brown, 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Pisgah Manor Health Care Center.

A native of Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Rosa Chastain White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by his husband, Fred Lee Brown, who died in 2002 and a son, Kenneth Brown.

She is survived by a daughter, Janice Quinzi and her husband, John, of Candler; two sisters, Judy Shuler of Candler and Sandra Lawing of Asheville; two brothers, James White of Clyde and Carroll White of Candler; three grandchildren, Tracy Reese, Chip Brown and Mandy Quinzi; and two great-grandchildren, Walker Brown and Kendra Reese.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Piney Mountain United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Eric Hill officiating.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Pisgah Manor Nursing Home for the wonderful care for Louise and her family.
