"Loving Mother"

Waynesville, Elsie May Wyckoff Tine Reinhard Randolph of Waynesville, NC, went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2017. Elsie, “El,” was born on March 27, 1925 to Frederick Raymond Wyckoff and Ruth Cole Wyckoff in Neshanic, New Jersey. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Ruth Wyckoff Crum and Roberta Wyckoff Moser, her son, Clifford Cramer Tine, Jr., and her daughter, Eileen Wyckoff Tine Holland.

After growing up and living in the Somerville area for 28 years, she moved to Florida for 21 years. In 1984, she moved to Waynesville, North Carolina to her beloved Fox Run. El, “Mom” to many, touched people’s lives through her encouragement, caring, and understanding heart. Her grandchildren loved their Nana, her hugs, and sense of humor.

El is survived by her sons, John Van Arsdale Tine II of Lake George, Colorado and Robert Stockton Reinhard of Las Vegas, Nevada; her daughter, Lisa Reinhard Fournier and husband, Joseph, of Moneta, Virginia; grandchildren, Jeri Tine Hollister, Jennifer Dikeman Stuits, Kristina Tine Tribble, Jennifer Tine, John Van Arsdale Tine III, Christopher Cramer Tine, Christopher Michael Rowe, Susanna Wyckoff Cagle, Robin Aimee Reinhard, and Rebecca Ainsley Reinhard; and her brothers, Frederick Raymond Wyckoff, Jr., David Cole Wyckoff, and Pieter Claesen Wyckoff and their families.

The family is holding a private ceremony with family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
